Our product is issued in the form of a Commercial General Liability policy with limits of $1 million per occurrence and a $2 million aggregate. The coverage limit for damage to rented premises is $100,000. This program typically meets or exceeds a rental hall or facility’s requirement for special event insurance. The program rate also includes the naming of the location as Additional Insured.
