• Complete Property and Casualty Insurance including auto, crime, computer and inland marine. We presently write large CDCs in states such as Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, and Kentucky.
• Directors & Officers Insurance. We underwrite a National Program for CDCs with an A+ rated carrier who writes insurance in all 50 states. Pricing on our program, which is specifically designed for CDCs, is very competitive and our coverages are excellent. A few of our enhancements are: Management Errors & Omissions, Spousal Liability Coverage, Outside Directorship Coverage, For Profit Subsidiary coverage and Fiduciary Liability – with a $100,000 sub-limit.
• Builders Risk. We can write Builders Risk insurance in all 50 states. We can insure automatically any new construction up to $3,000,000 in total value; we can extend this to $5,000,000 and higher with the appropriate application completed.
• Volunteer Accident Insurance. We can provide this important coverage on either an excess or primary basis. This coverage provides medical bill reimbursement for volunteers who are not covered by Workers Compensation Insurance.
